Socializin' for the shy ones

It's sort of difficult for me to meet new people. I'm shy and I only have a few close friends. We rarely introduce other people to each other. My office is tiny, so not much room to get to know new people from there -- in fact, I'm the one mostly introducing people I know into the office. I'm not a part of any kind of organisation, so no chance there.

Little did I know that my blogs would give me the opportunity to socialize!

I'm quite happy with the fact that I get to meet all kinds of people while just monologuing my way through the internetz. I thought new friends would be impossible in a place where you can be just about anybody you claim yourself to be.

So when I've met with a few other bloggers last Sunday, I'm glad I didn't hesitate -- just like when I met up with Tita Lena, Cherry & Mike.

It's not difficult because they already know a few things about me, so there isn't too much of the painful small talk.



I'm not sure if they want publicity, so I won't give out any names for now.




It's so much fun, though! I'm hoping I get to meet more new friends soon!
