I've read the story on OMG, where Stephen King says that Stephenie Meyer "can't write worth a darn."
I'm so sorry if this'll hurt all the Twilight fans out there, but Stephen King is my favourite author of all time and I'm ecstatic to have this tiny speck of affinity with him.
And I've said it before myself that that I've never really bothered with Twilight (novels or the movie) because I thought they are terribly cheesy and juvenile.
I don't care if you don't agree.

February 6, 2009 at 11:56 PMthe first book was so-so-medyo kilig because the bidang-lalaki had the characteristics of a "dreamboat" - rich, handsome, intelligent, gentleman, loving, passionate, does not die and a vampire!!! lol! the artista, robert pattinson was pogi too. alas! after watching the movie, i've concluded that meyer can't even do a proper script and that pattinson can't act!!!
so ayon. you should read "the time traveller's wife" - good read.
Same here. Couldn't agree more with King. He's the "King" after all.

yep, there's too much brouhaha over the book and the movie. it created a new wave of fans of tweens. yun kasing age level na yun ang isa sa pinaka profitable na market ngayon.

darn. it was overrated. the plot was very typical, the movie itself was sub par. i expected that after watching the movie, i'll fall in love with it or with someone.
no. a disappointment.
kilig lang talaga twilight. btw, i've read the time traveler's wife and i agree with lena that it's good. kaiyak sya. i bought the book because i read her review about it. =)
